Peter Frattarelli to Speak at “Meet the Advocates”
Peter Frattarelli, a partner is Archer’s Haddonfield office will be speaking at The Philadelphia office of the American Arbitration Association and the National Academy of Arbitrators Mid-Atlantic Region’s “Meet the Advocates”, Thursday, February 1, 2018.
This session is intended for a cross-section of management and union side advocates to simply sound off with their insights about labor arbitration–from the selection of arbitrators, to the conduct of hearings, through the written decision.
The seminar will be made up of three panel discussions, “The Pre-hearing Selection and Appointment Process”, “The Conduct of Hearings”, and “Expectations for Written Decisions”.
