Overview: Understanding New Jersey’s various employee leave laws is more challenging than ever. This seminar takes a hands-on practical approach to understanding the interplay of federal and state employee leave laws, including what’s changed in the state’s final paid sick leave regulations issued in January. You will also learn tips on how to update your existing HR policies to comply with paid sick leave and family leave laws, and see sample policies.
